Tamara has been involved in several areas of the environmental industry including regulatory environmental reporting, environmental impact assessment and auditing. She has been responsible for assessing and auditing more than 50 project sites, including several state level projects in the Pilbara Region. Tamara has provided advice and assessments of oil and gas facilities, land developments, mining and screening operations, port upgrades, wineries, waste water treatment plants, stockyards, chemical manufacturers, landfills and waste disposals facilities and has a thorough understanding of the issues relating to environmental assessment and application of planning and management.

Michelle is a Certified Environmental Practitioner under EIANZ and is a Certified Lead Environmental Auditor under Exemplar Global. Michelle is a Member of the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety, Mining Rehabilitation Fund Advisory Panel.
In 2006, Michelle was awarded the Western Australian Telstra Business Woman of the Year award in the Corporate and Private Category 2009, she was a winner in the 40 Under 40 top business leaders for Western Australia. Michelle was nominated as a regional finalist in the 2014 round of the EY Entrepreneur of the Year Awards.

Scott’s technical experience is centred in contaminated site management and environmental impact assessment particularly in relation to land development. He has technical skill in the assessment and management of contaminants in soils and water and has often interfaced with contaminated site auditors to resolve technical issues.
He has directed and managed State level projects from the concept through to completion. Environmental projects include 16 substantial contaminated site assessment/remediation’s, 14 environmental impact assessments in accordance with WA’s Environmental Protection Act 1986, and numerous referrals under the Federal Environmental Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999.
Scott founded and was the Managing Director of ENV Australia, a firm of 50 environmental engineers and scientists, from 2000 until early 2013. He was the State Manager of Egis Consulting where he grew the environmental practice to a staff of 30 professionals in three years. Scott helped establish and/or has acted as a Director for planning and environmental companies, all of which continue to operate to the present day.
