Mid-Senior and Principal Level Environmental Consultants – Contaminated Land

Due to continued business growth and demand for our services and expertise, 360 Environmental is currently seeking to fill a Mid-Senior and a Principal Level Environmental Consultant position to support the growth of our Contaminated Land Management team.

  • Work closely with our Contaminated Land Management team to deliver technically sound outcomes for our clients;
  • Prepare competitive proposals and tenders
  • Project manage and deliver projects
  • Provide technical peer review and mentorship to our mid and junior level scientists
  • Work closely with both internal and external project teams
  • Continue to grow your knowledge.

The successful candidates will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Over 4 years’ experience in a contaminated land consulting or regulatory role for the Mid-Senior level role
  • At least 12 years’ experience for the Principal role, including consultancy exposure, with a wide variety of projects including land development, mining, landfills, industry and defence
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in an appropriate discipline such as Environmental Science, Engineering, Geology, Hydrogeology or Earth Science
  • Excellent understanding of, and experience in the application of relevant national and WA contaminated sites legislation and guidelines
  • Strong project management and technical report writing skills (which includes peer review of technical reports) with a focus on attention to detail and client service delivery
  • Demonstrated experience working with contaminated sites auditors and clients
  • A focus on safety and technical excellence with a strong desire to continuously improve and diversify technical skills
  • A strong desire to collaborate within a team environment.

Hydrologist/Senior Hydrologist

360 Environmental is seeking hydrologists and senior hydrologists to join our thriving Water Group, based in Perth. We’re looking for enthusiastic and technically competent individuals eager to successfully deliver hydrological projects for a range of clients in the land development, infrastructure, utilities, mining and agricultural sectors. Further, you’ll mentor less experienced staff, manage projects, and liaise with clients and stakeholders.

Candidates fulfilling the following requirements are encouraged to apply:

  • Tertiary qualification in Water/Environmental Engineering/Science
  • Relevant experience in WA, preferably within the water sector
  • Consulting experience within the land development, mining, environmental or water industries
  • Experience in surface water modelling; groundwater modelling will be considered a plus
  • Sound understanding of hydraulic and hydrological principles; excellent knowledge of ARR guidelines
  • Essential data management, manipulation and programming using GIS software and analytical techniques
  • Experience in preparation of Better Urban Water Management reports: DWMS, LWMS, UWMP
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including oral and written communication. The ability to present ideas, information, and advice understandable by a range of audiences will.
  • WA C Class Driver’s Licence

Experienced WHS Consultant/Licensed Asbestos Assessor

360 Environmental is searching for a number of WHS Consultants with significant industry experience in Asbestos/Hazmat management and Occupational Hygiene. These positions have been created because of a strong growth in demand for our services. Dependent on the level of experience, the roles can be adapted and will provide a mixture of office and field-based work on projects located throughout Western Australia.

  • Minimum 1-2 years full time industry experience
